Veehlo provides a technology platform connecting riders with independent drivers offering car, bike, and auto-rickshaw rides across Haryana, Punjab & Chandigarh. Veehlo is not a transportation carrier; drivers operate as independent partners.
Riders must provide accurate pickup and drop details, treat drivers and vehicles with respect, and pay the fare shown at booking or displayed at the end of the trip. Any damage caused to a driver's vehicle may be charged to the rider.
Veehlo does not charge drivers any commission on completed rides. Drivers must hold valid licenses, registration, and insurance for their vehicles, and comply with all applicable local transport regulations.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and ride type, and are shown to the rider before confirming a booking. Fares may be paid via UPI, card, or cash. Estimated fares may vary slightly due to traffic, route changes, or waiting time.
Riders and drivers may cancel a booking before the trip starts. Repeated or late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee and may affect a rider's or driver's account standing.
All driver partners undergo document verification before onboarding. Riders can share live trip status and access in-app safety features during every ride.
Veehlo facilitates connections between riders and independent drivers and is not liable for the acts or omissions of drivers or riders, except as required by applicable law.
We collect and use personal data such as location, contact, and payment details solely to provide and improve our services, in line with applicable data protection laws.
Veehlo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
